Dashboard Variable Device

This is a psuedo Global Variable Connector that works with RM or webCoRE to provide a bi-directional interface to the Variable Tile. Was written primarily to give webCoRE users a method of working with the variable tile without requiring the creation of an RM global variable and connector.
