Hubitat Ping Device

Device driver that provides a wrapper for the Hubitat Ping endpoint. sendPing command accepts an IPv4 sring and will send it to the hub, which will do 5 ICMP requests. Optionally, can be set through the preferences to repeat the ping command on a specified interval. Returns: percentLoss, avg, min, max, mdev, pingReturn, and presence. Implements capabilities Acutator, Configuration, and Presence.
