Moon Phase Device

Device driver to calculate the moon phase for a given or current date/time. Attributes include a moon phase text string, the a moon phase number (percentage, in decimal format, that the given time/date is through the lunar cycle, and a generated tile string. Driver optionally will automatically update the attributes at 1 second past midnight to keep the phase current, and allows for an path to an alternate set of tile icons (i.e. hub file system - http://hubIpAddress/local/).
